Shipping Policy

Every foam weapon and shield in the Shielded Empire is handcrafted in the U.S. to order anywhere in the U.S. by our small artisan team (that’s us!). Because each piece is custom-made, production time can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on current order volume and the complexity of your item.

• Processing Time: 3–21 business days before shipment.

• Shipping Time (after completion): Usually 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Merch Orders (T-Shirts, Hats, etc.): These are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners and typically ship within 5–10 business days.

• Combined Orders: If you order both handcrafted gear and print-on-demand merch, your items may arrive separately.
