Shipping Policy

Every foam weapon and shield in the Shielded Empire is handcrafted to order by our small artisan team (that’s us!). Because each piece is custom-made, production time can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on current order volume and the complexity of your item.

• Processing Time: 3–21 business days before shipment.

• Shipping Time (after completion): Usually 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

• Merch Orders (T-Shirts, Hats, etc.): These are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners and typically ship within 5–10 business days.

• Combined Orders: If you order both handcrafted gear and print-on-demand merch, your items may arrive separately.

If you need your order by a specific date (for a convention, event, or quest 😎), please contact us before purchasing and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every shield we forge and every sword we shape. All handcrafted products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

✅ Eligible Returns

• You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

• Items must be in original, undamaged condition—not intentionally altered, destroyed, or abused in battle.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom items that have been purposefully ruined, destroyed, or modified after delivery.

• Print-on-demand merchandise (like shirts and hats) unless they arrive damaged or defective.

⚙️ How to Start a Return

1. Email shieldedempire.co@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production.
